Returns & Exchanges

At Honeydew, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed.
